Photorealistic classic car CGI

A 3D recreation of the Dodge Charger, developed to capture the proportions, stance and material character of the original car in a clean studio-style presentation.
The work focuses on the details that make automotive CGI believable: paint finish, chrome, glazing, tyres, reflections and the way light travels across the bodywork. The result is a controlled photorealistic visual that presents the car clearly without relying on a physical shoot.
AI-Assisted Period Lifestyle Development

The Dodge was first created as a controlled studio-style 3D visualisation, with the vehicle’s proportions, materials, reflections and surface detail developed in CGI.
AI was then used to place the existing car into a period New York street scene, introducing pedestrians, architecture and human interaction while preserving the vehicle as the central visual asset.
This approach shows how a single automotive CGI model can move from clean product presentation into richer editorial and campaign imagery, extending the value of the original 3D work without requiring a new physical shoot.
