A 3D animation demonstrating a wave-energy device designed to generate electricity from the movement of the sea.

CGI makes it possible to show an unproven or developing concept operating in a realistic offshore environment before a full-scale shoot is practical. Sea conditions, device movement and camera position can all be controlled, allowing the technology to be demonstrated clearly without the cost and logistical difficulty of filming offshore.
